הנני ממטיר לכם לחם מן השמים - behold I rain for you bread from the heavens
The Noam Elimelech (בשלח) explains that HaShem still, to this day is willing and waiting to furnish us with all our needs, if we are willing to trust Him. We could stay home and HaShem would take care of everything. When we don't have faith in Him, that's when we have to go out and work for our bread. (Basically Rabi Shimon Bar Yochai is quoted as saying as muchs in the Talmud but they decided the halachah differently)
