Here's the trifecta that binds together
the previous post about how tzitzith keeps me from being angry while sick. Rebbe Nachman in Likkutei Moharan I:21 says outright that
sick people are angry. So now I've established that:
- When I'm sick,
- I get angry, (for no reason other than that I'm sick)
- Putting on my talit restores my calm.
I thought it was just me, but instead, between Likkutei Moharan (I:21) and Likkutei Halachoth on Tzitzith I now know for a certainty that I'm not insane or imagining things.
If you find yourself upset for no apparent reason, put on your talit and think about it calmly.
If you are sick, just avoid people until you are well enough to relate to them in a calm manner.
That's what I take away from this.
