i just realised there's a giant self-sustained nuclear reaction going on nearly a
hundred million miles from us and it is so powerful that when i stand outside, in full view of it, it warms my body. (it takes only
8 minutes for new light it creates to reach me,
but I don't think I could look at it long enough to follow a ray of light from conception until it touched me.)
how can people continue with their normal daily functions without being absolutely and thoroughly awestruck everytime they look into the sky?
